A young man,
Sent by his father,
To explore our beliefs,
He was ridiculed, and tested.
To only overcome everyone.
To push the limits of faith,
He was stricken down,
Punished for me;
And for you;
His spirit impacts you,
Every moment.
You just have to realize it.
Jesus is a savior.
In my eyes,
And hopefully within yours,
He spoke of living with him.
The afterlife;
So live your life within his grasp.
And you shall never run out of time.
For heaven;
Is limitless.

Hi, Preston. It was good to a post from you this evening. Jesus ~

"He spoke of living with him.
The afterlife;"

And He will be welcoming us back Home when our missions on Earth have been completed!

Beautifully written and enjoyed the messages inherent within.

Love & Jesus Light,

Linda

I really like the way you wrote this...reminds me of the message of an old gospel song..."I Love to tell the Story"...James

I love Jesus too. Thank you for bringing Him in here so lovingly.

"Jesus, I follow You
stepping in your footprints,
kneeling on the hard ground
next to You under the trees,
breathing in Your Spirit …
Praying Your prayer ….
and I have faith.
Your Love,
my love,
Love,
will save the world. "

Love,
Margherita

Someone sent me some incredible pictures of metal sculptures in Amarillo depicting Jesus' sacrifice for the world.  The sight is so horrifying and sad.  I began to cry thinking about the torture of body and spirit he had to undergo.

Your poem is a reminder, too, how loved we are.

I wish you peace and joy this Christmas.
