Hatred, Pure Happiness.
So closely related in nostalgia.
You remember the good times so vividly.
Yet the bad times just as well.
You think of blood. And tears.
Just as much as flowers and peace.
They may be just euphemisms, yet,
The mind speaks for it self.
Two opposites go hand in hand.

Yes, this is so true. How could we enjoy  and recognize the light, if there was no darkness?
