Early memories Triggered by aromas scent Amazing the how Discover today Yesterday has passed away Tomorrow will be Time takes a lifetime Memories the just reward A pity they fade Together as one As many we have gathered To share the burden When is the ending? Where is the rainbow today I need colour and fancy Where are my true friends? Today in need of answers Hoping they will know |

Each haiku touches the othe in kindredship! Beautifully done. The last one really struck me....it seems that some friends are for a lifetime, and others for only the gifts they bring to our lives for a little while...  But I think we always know them, no matter how long it's been. ~ KL |
