   Winter Sunrise

brightest clouds
hugging bare hilltops
luminous Winter forest
cool light filtering
through spectral fog
shattering the silence...
bone bare trees
white snow frosting
a perfect sunrise!

After last week's winds, those trees

Wonderful reconciling of a sacred moment.
There is much peace in the flow of your wordbrush.

Agreeing with ThisDiamond here, it does seem like you are imaging a sacred moment. Thank you for sharing it. There's something about Eagles Mere that seems quite sacred in any season, but especially this one.
