So many styles these days
Everyone is a different singing;
A call in your pocket,
A voice to cheer your day,
Someone you’re missing
When they or you are far away
And missing them makes you blue.

Oh, I’ve had the blues;
Ya know, they woke me last night,
But then I heard Your little tune,
And now I’m feeling alright;
I didn’t even have to wait till home,
We can talk while in the car,
We can be in touch where ever,
I push some buttons and there you are.

Ah technology
Got to love it,
Even if still a mystery.

Thanks Margherita, I was born before technology reared its head and like many of us older folks never really got it, but I’m learning. Still I have learned to appreciate it.

I do believe that this is the first poem that I have ever on the subject of ring tones. What a novel idea! It worked out very well. Enjoyed!

Loved this!  And those ringtones... some are so cool and others are so demanding!  Neat

Yeah I really love giving irresponsible people an excuse to make noise...like when at a movie, and they get a call because they're too stupid to put their phone on silent, and then they leave the theatre three times to take calls...who said we raise spoiled children that think the world revolves around them...James
