Motivation.
(Food for the soul)

‘Believe in yourself and others will too and let self-doubt no longer be your enemy.
Embark upon journeys that will inspire the
mind, body and soul alike; for they may be short
and we know not when the path of our lives may come to an end.
Know not hatred but, compassion and understanding; for the day may come when we too need a hand to hold us and shelter us from the storms of life.
Take time to listen to the words of your loved ones; for one day their days will be no more.
Enjoy every minute of loving your children, for love feeds the soul, even within darkness.
Hear not the words of those who hurt you but grant them forgiveness, for their souls hurt too.
Extend hands of friendship to those living in pain, it is but for mercy that, you don’t walk in their shoes.Take no more from others than you invest, you may leave them broken and less than whole.
When life seems impossible, recall just one thing that makes you smile, tomorrow is another day and we never know what life may bring.
Spend every last moment without any regret, life is but a learning curve and even the greatest have fallen at times.
See not your failures but only your strengths, the future is keeping our eyes straight ahead.
Do something for those who are in need, but these deeds are better done in secret.
Inspire another to follow his dreams, you may be his one true friend, his light in the darkness; his only motivation.”
