Taking A Snow Day Pacing off the 500 feet wondering how the strength I hold. Brooming, pushing, lifting, throwing treasuring white stuff, as if gold. Stock piled, mounting, rising tall, footprints all that's left behind. Time for me with thoughts unshared fogged in cold but warmed in mind. Bathed in neutral, bubbles waiting Iced to heated, steamed the air. Leaning back still early morning dreaming of, I'm off... to there. This was the first measurable snow...enough to cancel school for me... although today would have been our 100th day celebration day with lots of fun planned activities...guess they will wait for tomorrow M |
