Can you see I’m playing time against my mind My faults are cascading One by one Two by tens I must find my way out I must find a way in I wonder if you If you could lend hands Eye to eye I see it your way I wonder if you ever could See it all Know it all In time And without a thought at all You start the count One by one Two by tens I must find my way out I must find a way in Heading straight Delusional Funny, funny Has it always been this way? Tragically I suppose But then you wonder too At least enough to slow To light speed Enough to collect and Count One by one Two by tens I’ll never find no never my way out or in |
