There’s some out there who’ll never see The coming of what’s meant to be That place where souls again are free Defiant to that view Yet you will find that they all pray No matter what they do or say And that with hope they dream away Of land that’s bright and new They may scoff and some deny The praise or warmth in their reply Say their piece of truth or lie For that’s just what they do Some believe and some may not That’s the gift of choice we’ve got One with some and one the lot The different me and you And none of us do really know Until that time when we all go Meeting fate and ends bestow Then finding what is true But until then I’ll dream and write Share my dark and share my light Giving as a good friend might While sharing all I do |
