Without Her

The phone rings
and I find myself
thinking "Thats my honey."
But who is my honey.
Is my honey the women
that I loved, the one
that walked away from me
and left me wallowing in my sorrow
or is my honey the new woman
I have met, that wants a chance
but I'm not ready for her yet.
I know I'll be allright,
but who knows how to handle
the loss of losing someone
that you care for.
And what do i do with all of
these feelings and emotions
that linger in my heart,
that are tearing me
apart without her.

That is an excellent question.. what do you do with those feelings that linger? I often wonder what to do myself. I just hold onto them, the might be good for something later.

Dominique I try to learn lessons and to profit from my mistakes.
