 Birth of A Rainbow ~ Linda L. Dowd ~ In the hazy, summer mist, I stood transfixed as I witnessed the birth of a rainbow. The gentle rain had cleansed the air of its impurities, and there, high in the sky, was a glorious sight. Pastels of the most heavenly hues, were banding together to form a bridge of light across the wide expanse of sky. Although its ephemeral beauty soon dissipated, the memory of that day, when I witnessed the birth of a rainbow, will remain with me always. . |

Hi, Suthern! Today I saw the most glorious rainbow! I saw it in its entirety ~ from beginning to end! The bands were delineated clearly and were of the most intense, brilliant colours! Not what you would call a "misty" rainbow! It was magnificent! Rainbow hugs, Linda |
