Just a song I'm working on at the moment..

a drop of wine and all of time unwinds before me
a picture of a selfish crime returns to haunt me
but I don't mind Friday I delude myself and pass the time
time is what i have.

In a corner of my mind see you staring
and hear the sounds that echo on the edge of hearing
but i don't mind Friday I can make it all just go away
time is what i have

and now it seems that all the lies are far behind me
and if i cover up my eyes they'll never find me
but I don't mind Friday and I don't mind being here
time is what I have
