Felix is way fed up
with being taken,
with giving, giving, giving.

He’s turning over
a new leaf
this Fourth of July.

From now on it’s
take, take, take.

Felix's new name is
Number One.

Bobby

I'm happy to see Felix back here at P.I.P.

With that decision, Felix should be able to 'fit in' well
among the majority of other (entirely 'self-focused')
inmates of the "Runaway American Dream"!  He might
even have latent corporate 'C.E.O.' potential!

ArtSolstice,

Thanks for the kind words.  Felix sends his best, and he plans to stick around awhile.  Sally says hello too.

Secondhanddreampoet,

I think Felix has simple survival on the street in mind.  Felix ain’t the C. E. O. type.  I don't know how it is up your way, but here in Philly people don't get out of foster care and head directly, or ever for that matter, to the corporate board room.  I won’t tell him what you said.  Geeez.

Passing shadows,

You nailed it Hon.  Hey, like we all have to survive.

Bobby

Bobby,
I don't think I ever told you that my brother lived in Philly for about 15 years. I visited him a few times while there and like any city am amazed how people can treat other people...what with Philly being the city of brotherly love and all I certainly didn't see much love towards the brothers or anyone else for that matter. I can certainly understand how Felix feels...certainly hard to crawl up from the bottom when everyone else keeps kicking you right back down

Hoot_owl_rn,

Yeah, we’re a tough crowd.  Many people couldn’t survive here.

Felix will make out just fine.  He’s one of us.

We’re way provincial.

Bobby
