“Weary” Peace, elusive rest, Haven from all sorrow. Troubled Soul be blessed, no worries for tomorrow. Nightly mists unfold, enshroud the weary mind Await the dreams of old in hopes they will be kind. Dream or memory; both the same relation. Embrace eternally, such a strong temptation. Sleep, be not too loud, to hold a mind in illusion. Death, be not too proud, to steal a Soul in confusion. . |
