 (big angel hugs) Oh Linda, your wise, compassionate words touch the heart as always, as I believe even in the hearts of the most troubled of spirits, there's more good than immoral, and a pilot light of conscience that knows what the right thing to do is. (sigh) Certainly it can feel right now in my country that such compassion is lacking in our government with the impoverished being neglected, but I remain optimistic their needs, much of which are basic humanist needs, will be accepted ultimately, God Bless You, we all love you so much! Linda, Sorry for my long absence, but that's another story. Loved the poetry but feel it goes a lot further than 'accceptance'. Don't want to get myself into trouble first day back but would love to see a new title and punch line that absorbs the full meaning of this one! No suggestions, (wouldn't dare) but this is good and I feel it needs more credit still love you though..... Ivor |

Ivor ~ You're cracking me up! You have the uncanny ability to pick up on lines and titles of my poems, that have given me a difficult time! I had a dickens of a time coming up with the title of this poem ~ and I still wasn't satisfied with it! lol I appreciate the thought you put in to your reply. ~ "still love you though..." too!
