Felix Has Bad Days

Most days,
Felix does very well.

He’s not a problem—
most days.

However,
there are those days,
in April and November,
when it’s really best
that he stay in bed.

Those are the days,
when he can kill.

Those days,
Sally can only ask—

“Felix,
why are you
so angry?”

Thanks for the kind words on the poem.

How are things in Sydney?

I have another poet friend there in Sydney named Janet Kenny.  She is interested in the Italian language too.
