I dreamed bright love a calling came across the desert seas of flame he heard my heart, he called my name and I will go with him. He touched my lips and they were sealed against the pain that love might yield he took me from this barren field and I will go with him. He led me to the place of rest where dreams don’t fade and I am blessed he clothed me in his joy and dressed me full in love for him. He took my tears and wiped away the stain of living everyday he taught me how to laugh and pray and I will dwell with him. a good commitee can decimate communication. |

If this is the 23rd love song, I'd sure like to hear the other 22! There are so many neat lines; especially liked this: "he clothed me in his joy and dressed me full in love for him." Beautiful poem! miscellanea |

This is absolutely lovely, my friend... It leaves a sense of reverence and awe... and peace worthy of the finest psalm. *S* |

"He took my tears and wiped away the stain of living everyday he taught me how to laugh and pray and I will dwell with him." ~ Sounds like a man worthy of dwelling with! Your poem made my heart skip merrily along! Thank you for the joyful experience! Linda |

so much enjoyed the meter...and the last line of each and every paragraph, as if to say...stop and think about each and every sentence above....almost like viewing hindsight upclose and personal...who possesses God in image... marvelous write... |
