I’ve pulled down the sky; there never are vows forever to be unbroken when blue mixes with brown and alienates humanity from celestial space. Oh, see, see, naive entities huddled in grandiose schemes of love, light, eternal life, but twiddle the thumbs there is no crumb of unquestionable evidence. So dastardly deeds beget your deeds and lovers beget new loves; salvation of mind no longer applies when sky is lying on ground. Paddle, paddle, we paddle canoes each one in this marshy swamp because I am the woman, you the man, and there never is proof of soul. But reject the soul, beget regret and “bless you, my son, you sinned” a fable of pure convenience to appease the paddlers, you see? Helen / 1 April 2007 |

Hi, Honey! Fascinating, metaphorical writing! ~ and as always, merits a read or two! Lovin' hug, Linda |

Again some great food for thought. When we look deep into our eyes or someone else's eyes, we can't but welcome the soul. Your piece made me think of Eric's "Original sin". Here is the link (I am sure Eric doesn't mind me posting it): /main/forumdisplay.cgi?action=displayarchive&number=80&topic=002179 Love, Margherita |
