        “Sing the Song of Spring”

When God above
     sends down his love
          and birds begin to sing,
a wonderful hour
     to feel the power,
          a world alive with spring.

Amazing thing,
     this time called spring,
          it makes us warm with love;
a time to dream,
     or so it seems
          and wish on stars above.

Each girl and boy
     feels the joy,
          love blooms in their eyes;
completes the art,
     love in their hearts,
          enough to fill the skies.

No one immune,
     all dance the tune,
          the young as well as old.
Effected all,
     the short and tall,
          lovers shy and bold.

All have fell
     under the spell,
          the magic that it brings.
Through the rites
     to soar new heights
          and sing the song of spring.
