Forgive-Me-Thoughts I remember when I could bend into the shape of you, when there was a softness in my heart never knowing anything else. Now locked inside are those four letter words that rest in fear of the unknown, the clock ticking away the memories, a change of heart waiting for the new. Walking a fine line between want and need, sleep escapes into a super bowl of conflict echoing the songs of yesterday recreated into a lost dedication... Here still, piecing together the broken shards, lingering in transparent words, a believer of forgive-me-thoughts waiting to welcome another day. M "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." |
