Today the sky is simple
Kind of dull yet clear
Clouds sometimes drift by

The moon now bestows
It's celetial glows
Harvesting the night

Air is fresh
Leaves frolic to and fro
Weather has it's moments
Not always sure where to go

A nice fire burning
A cup of cider at your side
Aromatic senses of pumpkin, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon
Lingering all day long

Harvesting of the crops and hay
Setting your clocks back yes

   The days are shortened surely
    Summer's farewell surrendered
    Into the hibernating abyss

   Thanksgiving around the corner
   And Remembrance Day not far along
    In the  stores soon will be Christmas
    Won't be long

    Time to listen to the music
     Of nature's concert
   Appreciate the splendour of colour  en masse
    Puts you in that trance
    Aye now commencing
   The Autumn's Dance ...
