Bloated Dick Whitney Had sat high on his chimney To eat a large scone Till his neighbours had gone He lit up a 'smoke' Then tumbled and rolled As he let out a sigh from high up in the sky Fell off the roof All twisted and skewed He let out a yell The fact he had fell Deep from his perch And onto a birch Then let out a moan Whispered and groaned Finished his scone Before he was dead |

No kidding on the scone. I was wondering what kind it was. As a scone lover, I did enjoy this poem. Alison |

Was that scone soaked in cream? That's the way I like mine. Hey, that is some poem. Just the things to go with Zydico music which I am listening to. |
