It's spring in Michigan And this snow's getting old. Aren't April showers Supposed to take hold? The Easter rabbit Is saying "Dag Nabit." I know this isn't A very good poem, But it's my day off And I'm stuck at home. On top of all else That I've already told I'm coming down with Miserable cold. |

Oh I am sorry. We have a beautiful day here today but it is rare. We've had a cold spring and the weatherman says it will rain on Easter. I have my family coming for dinner and Easter egg hunt on my lawn. Oh well! Joyce |

Thank you, Joyce, Michelle and Betty Lou. Actually, I am feeling somewhat better today. The snow continued for 2 days but we probably have only 3 inches on the ground and the roads aren't good, but they have been worse. So all in all, it hasn't gone as badly and I was gloomily predicting. Have a wonderful Easter, all of you. love, Barb |

Are you over that cold yet? I hope so... it's a bummer! We had snow on the 5th as well...most of it is gone, but dang it was cold last night...18 degrees! Not much warmer today...but cheer up, poet...it will get better! Enjoyed this! |

Thanks! The cold is winding down. I have 2 days off work so it's great to be able to rest. But we have another snow storm coming today. They say 6". |

What on earth is bad weather? I might grumble a little, way too much sun, blue skies and absolutely no rain for months. Had a wee bit of frost a few nights but temps mainly in high 60's to low 80's during the day. Haven't slept with my door closed except for a couple of nights when the wind battered my screen door, and don't remember what a blanket looks like. Believe me this continuous 'good weather' gets as equally old as the bad... Hope you are feeling better Dinah Dinah |
