Let me take a quick
Break from all that's delicate
To whisper a musing into your
Grainy ciabatta ear
As your white lava
So lovingly burns a stain
Into my blue collar
A little memento of Italy
I'll carry like a stray dog's
Wet chin
All buds will weep
When I kick your heels
With the screaming ghouls
Of my addiction
And baste your feathered commodities
In that ever so redeeming
Sweet Seattle sauce
Roasting your uncivilized tribe
Who claw the acidic fate
Whimpering with Jewish eyes
"Deliverance!"
I'll skewer that turkey
In his haphazard parade
Leaving him with not a nickel
To toss into the well
And he'll fall out as a clump
Of what he's worth...
Mud
So long old chum
I got a meeting at two
