What once was said is now false, You may forget your first love, But your heart is forever lost, No matter the years, or the happiness abound, Your first love will never ever be found, But in your head you live with a lie, Hoping that one day you can let go and die, Forget that you have ever had true love in life, The madness of this hurt, will it ever surmise? The pain of love that you never knew before, Now suddenly began to sprout at your front door, Before you know, you've feel trapped and lost, As if you're whole world is coming down, and you Can't breathe at all, Taking your faithless self you reach heavenward, Hoping to find some relief in his realm, But even God denies you his home, You've stepped on fingers that guided you to love, Sitting here, thinking the same negative thoughts, You wonder, how this could happen to you at all, Then you look ahead and face your reflection, In the mirror, you see your own dissatisfaction I speak insanity. I write fantasy. I sleep reality. |

You did a Great jod. Read some of my poems, I edited some of them but some have spelling and grammer mistakes in them. If you read them tell me what you think. I enjoyed your poem.I feel that your poem is telling me that someone has forgoten there love for you and hurt you and made you upset and now there getting what they deserve.That is what I think. |
