A drop of crystal cascades from the sky. Right t into my open mouth-melts on my lips. Make me proud to be a human and proud to be alive. Dissolving on my tongue, here is nature’s kiss. A bushel of droplets of evaporated dew Lands gracefully on my face Washing away my past, soak me, but it just soaks you. You kiss me in the rain, for my sake. With your arms around me I stare up above. A sapling tries to stand up amidst nature’s blows. A single drop of rain falling for love I look around behind me, where did it go? |
