I see through the darkness The light that shines within me My tears are gone Standing to reach the light Moving towards something more Something I will make A future for myself One I shall be proud of The black abyss doesn't haunt me I've faced my pain Not letting it consume me Standing tall Smiling without it being forced I've found my life again Hidden within my soul Deep inside A piece of my heart went with you But I have the rest My will to live is deep I can't give up Thats what you did, mother Now I have a life One that I will mold But you shall always love you No matter what happens But the pain can't consume me I won't let it take my future |
