These past few years Have gone so fast I thought for sure Forever they'd last But I guess we were wrong I knew in my heart today would come I thought I'd be glad but now that I'm done I don't want to leave I don't want to stay I don't want you to go away I don't want you to stay I don't understand One bit of what I'm sayin I guess it'll take some time to get where we're goin' But I know we'll be okay Whether we're alone or together I hope it's together It's been so long But not so long Since we danced in a circle and cried To the Graduation Song [This message has been edited by pen&paper (05-20-2007 09:54 AM).] |

this is a good poem i liked how each part was able to flow into the next and how it had a beat to it most poems it is hard to find the beat but this one was so easy i liked it and it describes how alot of people feel around graduation time |
