Live for the moment

running,leaving , getting out
pushing past all my doubt
time to take a risk, take a chance

no looking back, no second glance
finding who I am amidst this jumble
say out loud, strong ,no more time to mumble

memories bitter sweet, haunt me
flashbacks of who I used to be
living for the moment, visions of who I am now

marching to my own tune, no longer lost, but found
to meet each moment I will change
I will surf my own great big waves

living for each moment in time
waiting for my own chance to shine
I will spread my wings and soar

I live for the moment forever more
jump into the world, make a name
breaking free busting out of my cage.
