im sitting alone on my bed in the cool afternoon the sun will be setting oh so soon my head full of thoughts of you holding me tight in there it all just seems so right but in this reality we call life i couldn't get to you if i spent every dime im wishing today that i could be with you that this one little wish would come true hugging my knees i close my eyes i fill my head with you and my lies your holding my hand as i hold yours im the one you love and the one you adore but if i go on dreaming these things in my mind will it push me down when again the truth i find i use these as pretend happiness and comfort but it doesn't stand up against the love of yours this is all too confusing i just want it real i want this broken heart to heal i wish with everything in me, with every part that you will come and rescue my heart ~me |
