ill lay you down on a linen sheet
and never look away from those eyes on me
its just too good
to feel you now

for three long weeks it was misery
without a word or clue
about what to do without you

so how can i
keep living this lie
with no concience of whats right or wrong
im writing down what i feel in this song

but its just too hard
to keep breathing when you say
the sound of my name

silence is the loudest noise
so drown it out with the sound of my voice
let the static fade and let world die
as the words of this song
ring out inside

let me lay you down on this linen sheet
i wont look away from those eyes on me
