Cold nights spent together Closer then we should be Laying on the couch But deep inside i know this should be Crackling wood as the fire eats it alive. I look into your eyes your love, in my heart will always thrive. I feel like nothing can hold me down. No earthly bound can't keep me in place In your eyes my heart flutters I see heaven when I look at your face. Comfort sweep's through my senses When you hold me against your chest I found happiness when I hear your voice I just can't express What's going through my mind I don't know what you did to me With your love so boundful And lips bright as ruby I get lost in your eyes I get weak in the knee's when you say "hi" No power on earth can tell me its not true That my love for you is just a lie. You have a powerful bound A ghostly bound within me Your control over my heart Tells me that this should be Some superhuman power. Your smiles makes my heart skip a beat You hold me when I feel broken And you tell me you not gonna let that repeat. You love my unconditionally Your my superhero to be there Fly me off into the sunset To be there to listen and care. I love you Doesn't sum up what I feel This is so much more Its simply surreal "This poem is dedicated to a special person in my life, Lurch..." |
