When freedom rings
Let me know
Set me free
Let it go

No heads hanging
No lowered eyes
Just lives changing
The lifts of our disguise

When stones aren't thrown
I'll walk outside
Let myself be known
Without any lies

No running back
No faces covered
Showing what they lack
A new life discovered

When they accept me
I'll show it all
The heart that's beating
My own faults

No more hiding
No pain in sight
The end of fighting
For what i know is right

When freedom rings
Please let me know
Set the new me free
So the truth may show

I wrote this poem out of inspiration. Thank you Zach for being my muse!

Live in the present but don't forget the future
