Did you not look into my eyes Did you not see what I realized That it's no surprise I'm never going change for anyone I'm staying who I am I'll always be the same person I hope you understand I hope you love me For the laughter that I bring I hope you need me For the thoughts that I think I hope you want me Just to hear me sing Though I can't sing a tune But I know, it doesn't matter to you Did you not look into my eyes Did you not lift up the disguise To see what's inside The first to realize I'm me And out of everyone Your the only one I see |
