I know you've made some bad descisions That have led you down the wrong path Satan's got his grip on you And, oh, he's holdin' fast You never had the chance To be carefree and innocent But you act like you dont care And say "That's the way the world is." And, yeah, your mind's been clouded By everything unclean You surrounded by darkness And you've forgotten how to see They're closing in on you And you're struggling to breathe But you can make it through If only you just try You still have a chance Reach out and take God's hand He'll help you find your way Just like He did for me He'll raise you up to walk And He'll help your blind eyes see That in your hour of darkness You can always count on me. |

This was a nice poem indeed. I like the message that it sends out. However, some of the lines didn't flow as good as they should have, but a good poem nevertheless. |
