I wrote this poem, when a she died....

Remind me of what it used to be

Sitting all alone
Watching the stars shine bright
Lying among the dew filled grass
Waiting for your call from deep in the night

The pictures of you upon my wall
Shall stay forever more
You laughing, smiling, and staring at me
Remind me of what it used to be

We were the kids who were never seen
The ones who no one cared
And now you’re up for the world to see
Remind me of what it used to be

I’m not afraid to keep on living
I’m not afraid to walk this world alone
Were lying here with hands on the trigger
Remind me of what it used to be

Looking at the deep blue sky
Wishing it was again
Just dont waste your time on me
Remind me of what it used to be.
