The Angel and her Guardian

Angel, dear, where are you?
You’ve gone and disappeared
Leaving me remembering
Our love to each was mirrored

I missed more than you know
Much more than words could say
And in loving me so fondly
My fears are kept at bay

In amazement and pure wonder
I sit and count my luck
At having you besides me
And getting me unstuck

Dear Guardian, forgive me
I’m back now, don’t you know
I promise I’ll not leave you
Here again, alone

I love you more, and mostly
I’ve passed all sane and more
In moments bright and happy
It’s you I now adore

I’m glad all is well with you
That I have now inspired
But now I feel its drawing closed
And I’m under in desire

Beautiful! I think I picked up on a few things here but I'm probably completely wrong.
