This day Ive feared

My final day is coming
tomorrow's judgment day
tomorrow I can prove that
Ive changed, my older way

tomorrow now is coming
tomorrow is so near
I feel determination
although I'm full of fear

I hear the clock is ticking
tomorrow is my chance
to finally step up to the light
and overcome my finale fence

I see the sun is rising
tomorrow now is here
I feel my mind is opening
my yesterday become so clear

my final day is here now
tomorrow is today
I'm making one, last, promise
for me to change my way...

Not bad, not bad at all. This one isn't my favorite but its pretty good. I like the topic you wrote about.. its not a very popular topic to write about.. and thus i applaude you. Great job!
