Echoes of silence reflect
Off the gray pavement.
A reflection of what
Life has become.

Thunder roars across
the concrete jungle.
Stampedes fall down
Upon my head.

I feel life screaming out
in intervals of time.
Till darkness surrounds
the sound so still.

"Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing,
Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortals ever dared to dream before;" -Edgar All

Loved it. But I think that your style would be better appreciated elsewhere (it's still good). Keep it up!

What I meant to say was that Elias is appreciated, but he could get a variety of critiques in other places in Pip, not just here in Teen Poetry.
