Trapped Romantic

I'm a trapped romantic.
Stuck as a person who won't dare to dream.
Won't hope for his hands to find my face,
for his lips to gently find the perfect place.

I can't bring myself to hope,
can't wish, can't dream,
for a part of me screams,
that it will never be.

I see him and a part of me hopes,
that maybe, just maybe,
my hidden dreams will come ture.
That he'll find his way to me.

Then I think of what they'd say,
who they'd tell,
how they'd react,
and I know, that it will never be.

It will never be,
just he and me,
no hands touching my face,
or lips finding the perfect place.

I know now,
I'll always be stuck,
left dreaming of what will never be.
A trapped romantic, that's me.

Thank you. I'd been thinking about writing it for some time, I had the title, and the first stanza, and last night it all just spilled out.

i think this show alot of talent and i slso think that you show alot of emotion in your work. but most of all, the end. nice and solid. nice.
