where my heart is

i've imagined you everyday
an image in my head i had to create
b/c i've never had anyone to call mine
to tell me they've loved me all this time

and i imagined you'd be the one next to me holding my hand
being my light in the shadowiest of lands
and if we were dancing beneath burning skiies
to music only we hear then we'd be alright

and i imagined you'd have eyes the color of happiness
looking in mine you'd give me your emotions
you'd take me to places i could never imagine myself
speaking of worlds that hold the true treasures and wealth

but this scene i've created exists no where else
but in my heart who longs for another heart to dwell

i keep you here inside til i find you
but im afraid you will never come true...

--so ya i haven't written anything in a long time so i might b a little rusty
