With every breath I take This life without you seems so fake I seem to lose my memory of you But I do remember this one fine day When I heard the news I could not stay So I left the house with a tear with rest of my life going through my head with fear To test gods decision,I do not dare But why me god this is not fair A Father at best but never a pest. My hero with pride My dad,R.I.P. 7-24-66 1-22-05 I miss you ~-Keagan-~ |

it was a beautiful poem and it is always horrible to lose someone, I don't think I could imagine the pain though of lossing a Parent |

Keagan, I feel for you my friend. My own Father died in my arms & the pain can feel intolerable, hope my effort below brings some modicum of comfort..One day you will think of Him & a smile will cross your face as opposed to a tear.. . You think past here There is nowhere to go Please believe me This isn't so The road goes further Than you can see I know it's true Because it's happened to me Tender words and kind thoughts Can never heal the pain But these I give to you with love If it helps to ease the strain.. Regards John |
