it needs a little work...i was hoping someone would have some ideas?

so that person sitting next to you
on that cold, hard, dirty bus-stop bench
might look like a normal high school kid
on his way to school
or an ordinary old lady on her way
to a doctors office or a grocery store.
But you don't know-you can't see
inside their heads or read their thoughts.
Maybe that high school kid is thinking
along the same lines as you.
Maybe that old lady is wishing
she didn't have to deal with being old.
Maybe they're both on their way
to do the same thing you're planning to do
Maybe their going to end it all
as soon as they get off this bus-
just like you.
But you can't see inside their heads-
you cant read their thoughts-
maybe that old lady is not noticing you,
but reciting her grocery list inside her head.
maybe that high school kid
is wondering where he put his math book.
Or maybe
that high school kid
is your best friend that you forgot you knew
maybe that old lady
is your aunt.
The voices are back again-
telling you what to do-
jump off the bridge, steal a knife
find a gun and end it all-
but that old lady is watching you-
the high school kid is staring-
you're talking to yourself again-
and your guardian angels have found you.
they won't let you die
they won't let you be swallowed by the voices
that are roaring in your head.

Remember:Tuck your chin, you're going to get hurt, so expect it and be ready. You might as well see it coming.
