Please Comment I still don't understand this world It seems as if morals are empty words as if we are living in a shallow state where are wants take the place of our needs Humanity seems to be rotting to the core Acts of old that were once frowned upon seem to be a part of our daily lives |

Life sucks. You can't get past that. People are going to give you trouble and you have to deal with it. But it gets better. A few days ago, a good friend of mine told me this: "If you didn't have the bad things in life, there wouldn't be anything to call good." We are each of us angels with only one wing. And we can only fly by embracing each other. |

I read this and began to highlight lines that I liked to paste and comment on, but found myself highlighting every line. This one especially stuck out to me where are wants take the place of our needs It is so true and relevant to todays world. I really like this poem, it is great to see an insight into how people perceive the world and its people |
