Creeps and Crooks

Congress RESIGN
if you don't mind
because its becoming obvious
to most of us that you are crooks,
or in the very least you're creeps.
Perhaps thats why you didn't monitor or
regulate Wall Street while we were fleeced.
Perhaps you were too busy taking bribes,
while feeding your constituates lies,
because I'll tell you how I feel,
you Congress people were asleep
on the Hill, while Wall Street was
taking us for everything we had.
And now many of us are losing our jobs,
our car and houses our dignity and spouses,
with no thanks to the likes of you.
So Congress I wouldn't mind
if you'd go ahead and resign.
And take that slimmy Bernie Murdoff
with you, if you don't mind.
And yet, do any Members of Congress
have a conscience left because
I haven't seen any resignations yet.

Hi James, You are so right here, My daughter works for New York Mellon (recent merger) They recieved a nice little chunk of bailout money and while the people who work there didn't see a dime of that money, and some lost their jobs, the CEO's got some very nice Christmas bonuses. That is what will happen to any furthur bailout money as well.

Robert everybody makes mistakes...and thus creeps and crooks take advantage...however this is just my opinion and you can believe it or not...James
