Do not garnish that which is perfect
It comes not from anything that is worn
For your beauty speaks such volumes
No other accessories need be adorned

It’s not the shade of color around your eyes
It’s the eyes themselves that glow
Not the jewels hanging or sparkling bright
Even in darkness your beauty would show

And in the void with its absence of sound
The voice from your speech hallows every word
I am thus held motionless in your trance
By the most hauntingly beautiful voice I’ve heard

Do not be swayed by cultural norms
There is no need to change or accentuate
You have someone who believes in perfection
For this daily do you demonstrate

WOW! This is a gorgeous romantic tribute to a very lucky goddess. Take a bow, poet.
