I am old skool rap
and faded jeans
Trolling the beach
and gathering things
I am worn too thin
I am walking proud
I am desert dust
I am screaming loud
I am looking out
I am looking in
I am calling chiefs
I am rusty tin

Beautiful picture.  Your well-worded poem conjures up very familiar images in my mind.
Old skool rap and faded jeans...I love that!

That surely made me smile.

Have a chin wag and relax it will 'Set You Free'.

This is great!

This brought me back to Marge Tindal. A beautiful poet who was here for many years before her passing.

A loved this!

Yo dear Tina,

I like this "I am" poem a lot.  It's a good picture too.
