This love not known to mortal man, surely your heart has been kissed, by the very gods of heaven and earth, love born out of darkness and despair, Broken wings that could not fly, eyes of a tortured soul that cry, oh, suffering heart, lend me your ears, hear these tender words whispered, Allow them to penetrate the deepest, chambers of your most precious heart, flooding your soul, your thoughtful mind, every part of your angelic being, Mending the the torn, jagged edges, with loves silken golden threads, one stitch of love at a time, loves' complete restoration, Love thought to be love, ages past, now I know, was not so, for birth came that day, when fate crossed our paths, My chest, now filled with breath, My dead eyes now alive to see, my heart of death, now beating so, For you are their creator, You have breathed life into my soul, let me taste life, remove deaths sting, for I was created for this very thing, Let me love, or never love at all. |
