A star fell from the sky today Now forever gone away. Whispered words are sent tonight Through shadows of the soft twilight. There is nothing that can compare To loving a special love so rare. While sitting here thinking of you Peaceful thoughts are again renewed. Many tears still left to cry Because a star fell from the sky. |

I lost my mom just recently and I wrote this for my dad. 61 years together and he's just lost without her, but we are making it one day at a time. |
