Absence makes the heart grow fonder
Or at least that's what they say.
Know my love for you grows stronger
Whether close or far away.

Across the room a quick glance,
You still can make my heart dance.
Just like days of long ago
You still ignite the fires so.

Your laugh brings music to my ears.
Your gentle way eases my fears.
The twinkle in your eyes tell me
The love we share will always be.

Throughout the years it's always been
A circle of love without an end.

Thank you Bobby. I seem to only be able to
write rhyming poems. Free form doesn't come
easy for me but rhyming does.
